Stephen "Stevie" Ray Vaughan was an American guitarist, singer and composer.
He was one of the greatest exponents of the American blues guitar. Although during his short life he has only released four studio albums and one live, he is known as one of the most gifted and influential musicians of his kind. In 2011, Rolling Stone magazine put him in 12th place on the list of the 100 best guitarists and Classic Rock Magazine placed him in 3rd place on the list of 100 Wildest Guitar Heroes in 2007.
Vaughan's music has its roots in Blues, Rock and Jazz.
